Fun Recipes

Elephant Stew

1 elephant (medium sized)
10 Warthogs
200 pounds of tomatoes
1/2 ton potatoes
2 large sacks carrots
1 shovel salt
1 heaping wheelbarrow onions
10 quarts vinegar
4 rabbits
Cut elephant in to small bite-size pieces.  This will take about 2 months. Boil warthogs and all the other ingredients except rabbits until soft and juicy.  Cook elephant over wood fire for about four weeks.  Add boiled warthog mixture.  This will serve approximately 3, 857 people.  If more are expected, the 2 rabbits may be added.  Do this only if necessary, as most people do not like to find "hare" in their stew.

Crocodile Curry

Personnel:

1 Head Cheiftan
8 Kitchen assistants
4 spare assistants on standby

Ingredients:

3 large crocs
1 smoked wart hog
3000 Green Peppers
Curry powder
1/2 ton rice
1 tree bayleaves

Preparation:

  1. Beat crocs over the heads with a sledge hammer.
  2. Collect tears in 44 gallon drums and use them for salad dressing
  3. Indian chief tells assistants to place crocs into swimming pool.
  4. Turn on steam. Make sure crocs are quite dead - otherwise spare assistants might be required
  5. Boil for 10 days. After 7 days, skin can be pulled off - which is used for handbags, etc. During the 10th day, the teeth will fall out and are used for jewelry and amulettes.
  6. Cut off tail and use for Croc-tail soup
  7. Surviving assistants cut crocs into curry cubes
  8. Add ingredients and all and allow to simmer for a further 2 days
  9. Curry is ready when the vultures start circling above
  10. Serves approximately 1250 people.

PS. Let your mother-in-law try it first.
