Lynne Davidson
February 11, 1940 ~ March 8, 2004

Mary Lynne Davidson and her husband Ed lived in Millsboro Delaware. She was a retired floral designer who later worked with lavender products. She is survived by her husband Ed; two sons, Edward Jr and his wife Beth of Rehoboth Beach, David and his wife Renee of Seaford; a brother, Fred Reese of Naples, FL; a sister, Freda Cratty of Newark; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  

She married Ed on November 7, 1957.

Lynne joined Beta Sigma Phi in 1994 and OnLineBeta in 1999. She held the Ritual of Jewels and received the honors of Sweetheart of the Year and Woman of the Year.

Lavender Heart

Amidst the fields of wild grasses,
Atop a meadow high,
A sweet aroma fills the air
Where the heavens meet the sky.

A fragrant mist falls like perfume
Upon the wind-swept past.
Scented memories alight
Upon the shadows cast.

Within the violet peaceful place
Where meadowlarks abound,
Remembrance of the scarlet times,
Alight without a sound.

Lilac thoughts sway in the breeze,
Tears fall as morning dew,
And thoughts as rich as lavender,
Bear memories of you.
