Sharon Kay "Sherry" Vanshur was born in Freemont, Nebraska. She graduated from high school in Bremerton, Washington. She was retired from a 20 year career in customer service with Kitsap Bank. Sherry pledged BSP in 1976. She held the Laureate degree and was an active member of Washington Laureate Beta Omega, Port Orchard. Honors Sherry had received included Woman of the Year 3 times, Valentine Princess two times, Order of the Rose, and Silver Circle. She was especially proud of her 27 years of perfect attendance. She married Jerry Cole on June 18, 1970. He preceded her in death by one day. She is survived by her 3 sons, Jim Creel, Rames Creel and Chris Cole; 7 grandchildren: Kara, Rames, Kyla, Kealani, Mitchell, Russell, Araceli; two brothers; Tom Vanshur and Jim Vanshr; and one sister, Lois Vehrs. page and background designed by Cawamn |
